• Hello, recently, clients have been notifying me that their quote requests are bouncing. They’re seeing the message “There was a problem submitting your request. Please try again…”, but I see that the message is being received on the website, even though the notification emails aren’t arriving (which could be due to another issue). What can or should I check? I don’t know what to do in this case.

    Hi @gcordero, it appears that you are using the commercial version of the plugin. Therefore, you need to open a ticket from your account at yithemes.com. This forum is only for the FREE version.
