Hello, recently, clients have been notifying me that their quote requests are bouncing. They’re seeing the message “There was a problem submitting your request. Please try again…”, but I see that the message is being received on the website, even though the notification emails aren’t arriving (which could be due to another issue). What can or should I check? I don’t know what to do in this case.
