I figured out what happened.
Some plugins wasn’t updated, then when wordpress updated to version 4.9.2 they stopped working, i just got them deactivated and everything worked again.

As far as i could check, the issue was caused by Ultimate Gallery Master and the other plugins of this package. I’ve installed and activated all other plugins except those ones.

Do you have the latest updated package of all these plugin?
If not than update the plugin and check.
Most possibly issue is generated by old versions of plugin.
Update them and check if issue occur than please share screenshots and page url, so we can check and resolved your issue.
