    Hello,

I recently went from Gutenverse (theme) to Astra. However even after deleting the theme and related plugins, its files are present in the database. I have asked Cloudways (my server) where the files are in the database and Gutenverse files are in tables such as kqd_options, kqd_postmeta, kqd_posts, kqd_terms as well as tables of my security plugin (Shield) for example kqd_icwp_wpsf_at_meta.

    1. My question is that will your plugin allow me to delete specific entries in these tables? I know that I can optimize and remove tables but I need to delete specific entries from these tables.

Cloudways told me that your plugin can do this and they said to Use the “Deep Clean” or “Scan Orphaned Tables/Options” feature in the plugin for best results.

    2. If your plugin can do this, is this as effective as detecting and deleting Gutenverse files manually? I do not want to delete files via Phpmyadmin.

    3. Are these Deep Clean and Scanning options that let me find Gutenverse files and delete them available in your free plugin or not?

    Warm Regards

    Hi @hbk747,

    Thank you for your message.

As your question relates to a premium feature, could you please contact me directly via email? WordPress.org doesn’t allow developers to provide support for pro versions in these forums: https://sigmaplugin.com/contact

Looking forward to assisting you further.

    Kind regards,
    Younes
