    Hi, I’m using the Woodmart theme. Whenever I add a CFF to a product page, my product swatch tooltips stop working.

    Hello @fbot

    Analyzing the screenshot, it looks like both the theme and plugin are using jQuery Tooltips, but probably different versions of jQuery or jQuery UI. Another possible cause of the problem may be related to CSS rules.

    Unfortunately, I can’t be sure of the cause of the problem by analyzing only one screenshot.

    If it is a public online page, the link to the page. If not, screenshots to your browser’s developer console to identify the resources your web page is loading.

    Please, try the following modification.

    1. Go to the plugin settings page.

    2. Select the “Direct” option for the “Script load method” attribute.

    3. Press the “Update” button.

    4. Finally, purge your website and browser caches.
