Theme and plugins not working

We’re experiencing issues with out website on apple mobile devices (not desktop and Android).

The home page keep refreshing every few seconds, and after updating the theme the navigation bar has disappeared.

On our shop page, when products open they close before you can add anything to the cart, so we are losing sales.
