@metalgear4 The problem is happening due to your website cache.
For some reason your website is removing the cache busting ?ver=5.25.1 string from the end of the site-reviews.js URL. So your website has cached the following URL from the previous Site Reviews version:
https://juegosjuegos.pe/wp-content/plugins/site-reviews/assets/scripts/site-reviews.js
If I load the file like this:
https://juegosjuegos.pe/wp-content/plugins/site-reviews/assets/scripts/site-reviews.js?ver=5.25.1
Then the updated version of the script is loaded (not the cached one).
To fix this, you will need to flush your website cache.
Same issue here. I tried without the cache (shutting WP Rocket off completely.)
Private Browser, CTRL + F5.
Submit still just spins.

Wait! I think I got it! Not sure what was the conflict.
@vegaswill I tested the review form using ?nowprocket at the end of the URL (to disable WP Rocket) and the form submitted correctly.
I saw. I had tried it and it didn’t work, but I think the cache had to be cleared with bunny.net (the CDN). Not sure though.
