    Hi @khubaibghouri ,

    Are you using the same theme as that of your old site?

    If you are using a block-based editor for the cart and checkout, the notes might not work properly. However, we didn’t detect any issue using the classic cart page and editor on our dev site.

    There are 2 kinds of order notes: Private notes (visible to admin and allowed staff/users only) and Note to customer. Both are working properly. All the previous notes shown properly as well.
