the 3rd-level panel: width and hover

Hi. Thanks for the plugin. Can I have 2 questions?

1. The panel width: I have set to #main, which is working for the 2nd-level menu. But the width of the 3rd-level menu is still limited by the width of parent-item in the 2nd-level menu. How to make it have the same width as #main?
2. I don’t want to show the 3rd-level for beginning. It’s only appearing when hovering on the 2nd-level items. I found “Collapse sub menu” setting, but then I need to click to the 2nd-level items for opening. Is this possible to use with hover?
