    Hi

Just today, with no change to settings, we’ve started getting this error:

The Textplode class could not be found. Please ensure the Textplode library or plugin is properly loaded.

Is there a problem with your Textplode integration or is the problem at the Textplode end? We have logged in and refreshed their API key, but the same message occurs.

    Thanks

    Tim

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for letting us know about this. I’m here to help.

I checked things on our side, and it looks like the Textplode gateway needs an update.

I’ve escalated this to our development team, and we’ll follow up with you as soon as we have progress.

    Best regards,

Hi … I realise it’s been Christmas and all, but is there any progress on this update?

    Hi Tim،

Thanks for your patience, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we really appreciate your understanding.

We’re currently in direct contact with the Textplode team and are waiting for an official update from their side. In the meantime, we’ve prepared a temporary solution so you can get things working again.

Please replace the current Textplode gateway with the version available in the following repository:
    https://github.com/wp-sms/wp-sms/tree/release-17-0-x-update-textplode-gateway

This version is compatible with the current plugin and should resolve the “Textplode class could not be found” error for now.

As soon as we receive an update or fix from Textplode, we’ll follow up and provide further guidance if needed. Thanks again for your patience, and don’t hesitate to let us know if you need any help applying the temporary fix.

    Best regards,

Thank you very much. Installing and activating this plugin instead of the usual one seems to do the trick. I have manually changed its version to 7.999.10 instead of 7.0.10 so that it doesn’t trigger the auto-update to 7.1.

Please let us know when we can revert to the standard plugin in due course.
