Can you show us what you’ve already tried within the editor?
I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat.
Hi @teachermark,
We’ve not heard back from you and I was just checking if you had a chance to take screenshots, so we can try to figure out the issue.
Kindly let us know.
Still nothing that helps me, this topic can be leaved open.
I did tried nothing, cause it did not work. I thought it will work in de wordpress page editor. But no matter what I did there, I did not get a text on top of the page.
So that did nothing for me, so now I am stuck and asking of somebody know why or knows an other tool.
Kind regards,
Mark
Thanks for getting back.
Normal case: When I add some text to the shop page on my test site, this is how it appears on the front end:

On your end, it could be a plugin/theme conflict causing the text you add via the editor not to display.
For instance, you can check this thread where a plugin conflict was preventing the user’s text from being displayed: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/add-text-field-to-shop-page/
In such a case, I would recommend doing a conflict test to identify the cause of the issue. Here is the conflict test guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Keep us posted on what you find.
Thanks.
