Text formatting off

Hi, for the life of me, I am not able to fix the text formatting here. You’ll notice in this screenshot below that the text formatting on this popup looks really off/ugly.

Can you please advise on how I can fix this? Basically, I want to:
a) Make box less wide and less tall.
b) Fix the text so it doesn’t go outside the box.
c) Add a nice small photo to the left of the text.
