Tested Up To functionality issue

    Users complained that our plugin was out of date because of the flag on our plugin page (“behind 3 major releases”). I tested the plugin up to the most recent version of wordpress, and bumped the flag as well.

    We are still seeing this warning toast pop up on our plugin page.

    So I even specified the minor version, I bumped our plugin version, I tried everything to toggle this warning to go away, and it has not. I found this thread discussing the issue recently, so perhaps there is an issue we are not aware of? https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/3010

    Please advise how we can get rid of this warning on our plugin page.

    The easiest way is to send plugins@wordpress.org and email. 99.999% of the time it is your readme.txt file but they can tell you for sure.
