Test user doesn’t work with all user roles

    Hi @rhenium3

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    You cannot “test user” if your user have lower role level.

    Could you confirm if your shop manager role has a higher role level than the “Wholesale”?

    Yes, the shop manager has a role level as 9, the wholesale user has a role level of 0 🙁

    Does it helps when you temporarily deactivate all other plugins except PublishPress Capabilities?

    No, it doesn’t, I deactivated everything except WooCommerce and the plugin that created the Wholesale user role, and still have hte same issue.

    Please note as an admin I’m able to test the wholesale user without a problem.

    @rhenium3 We will need to troubleshoot further about this issue. However, this forum does not allow us to do that because it’s prohibited to share login details here.

    Our Pro users has an access to our private helpdesk where we can give support directly there.

    So in this case, what we can recommend is either of 2 options:

    1. Purchase our Pro version so we can troubleshoot this issue directly on your site
    2. Use similar plugin like “User Switching” or any other plugin that has similar functionalities.
