Templates getting stuck on “loading” in the Starter Templates library is usually pretty easy to fix.
First, can you please resync the template library by following this guide to check whether it’s resolving the issue or not?
Also, here are a few things to try:
**1. Clear Your Cache**
If you’re using a caching plugin (like LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache, etc.) or your hosting has built-in caching, please clear it and then try reloading the template library again.
**2. Check Your Internet Connection**
The template library loads assets from our servers, so a slow or unstable connection can sometimes cause it to hang. Try on a different network or browser to rule this out.
**3. Disable Conflicting Plugins Temporarily**
Some security or optimization plugins can block external requests. Try deactivating other plugins one by one and see if the library loads correctly.
**4. Check for PHP/Memory Limits**
A low PHP memory limit can cause loading issues. You can increase it by adding this line to your wp-config.php file:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
**5. Update the Plugin**
Please make sure you’re using the latest version of Starter Templates — we regularly push fixes for library loading issues.
**6. Check Browser Console for Errors**
