• Despite several attempts to contact technical support, I was unable to resolve the issue. Technical Support claimed that everything works fine with them (although the emails did not reach the customers).
    In addition, despite the deleted account, the premium subscription fee is still charged.
    I honestly do not recommend.

    We use the Helpdesk ticket system to manage the tickets, receive and reply to our customers. It is possible there is an issue with the ticket system at that time and we do not receive your next reply. Sorry about that but it’s not our fault. I also see the supporter tried to suggest you some ways to check and find what causes the issue with the deliverability of your email but there is no following then. It’s not possible to resolve the issue without co-operation from two sides.

    Also, your refund request is also processed by the supporter. If you see there is any issues while using our plugin, you can contact us and we are happy to help.
