To integrate Facebook with AISaleBot, the setup process is as follows:

1. Connect your Facebook Fan Page to AISaleBot from the Integrations section.
2. Grant the required permissions for Messenger and related webhook events.
3. Once connected, incoming Facebook messages are delivered to AISaleBot in real time for processing.

AISaleBot integrates with Facebook Pages using Meta’s Messenger API and Webhooks. The AI processes user intent and responds with relevant answers, FAQs or product-related information.

In addition to Messenger conversations, AISaleBot also supports automatic replies to Facebook post comments. Comment events are received via Meta’s webhook system and can be used to automate predefined responses or trigger follow-up handling, depending on your setup.

The integration is handled server-side and does not require changes to your WordPress theme or frontend code.
