Target / empty

Does the target page have to be cleared of all files or does the program copy over. I have http://www.XXXX and I want to copy it to http://www.UUUU.

The target site does not need to be deleted. The plugin will import the data from one site to another.However, as my colleague mentioned, this is only part of the pro version, and the wordpress.org forum guidelines do not allow us to answer this in detail here.
