When I try to create a new Container in Tag Manager I get this error message:

WP DB Error: [1054] Unknown column ‘ignoreGtmDataLayer’ in ‘field list’ SQL: INSERT INTO wp_matomo_tagmanager_container (idsite,idcontainer,context,name,description,ignoreGtmDataLayer,activelySyncGtmDataLayer,isTagFireLimitAllowedInPreviewMode,status,created_date,updated_date) VALUES(?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)

    Hi @michael8888, can you:

    • check on your server whether the /path/to/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/matomo/app/plugins/TagManager/Updates/5.0.0-rc8.php file exists
    • if it doesn’t, disable the “Delete all data on uninstall” option in Matomo Analytics > Settings > Advanced and re-install Matomo for WordPress.
    • once you’re sure the file exists on your server, go to Matomo Analytics > Diagnostics > Troubleshooting, enter 5.0.0-b1 where it says “Run updates from version”, then click “Run Updater”.

    ?

Thanks, but this is not working. File 5.0.0-rc8.php exists. After Run Updater with 5.0.0-b1 I get this error message:

Matomo Update Error: unrecognized version string “5.0.0-b1”, ignoring.

@michael8888 apologies, try entering 4.13.0 instead.

Fantastic! The container has been created.

    Thanks a lot!
