I have stretched the column width on the Edit Table screen. But the problem is I have to stretch it every time I open the edit table screen. It does not save. My issue is not with the end-result (my column and tables are fine). It’s just in the edit table screen.

Is there any way to save the stretched column with when I exit the Edit Table function?

For this, you could use the TablePress Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/input-field-size/

Thank you. That did work. Is there code for changing column-2 width only in the edit table screen?

The table is only 2 columns. Column 1 is a narrow column, column 2 has more text and needs to be wider.

Again, the printed display is fine. This is the link to the end result

Hi,

you could try adding some extra CSS in the Extension (before the </style> in line 34) for this:
```
.tablepress-edit-screen-id-3 #edit-form-body td:nth-child(4) textarea {
	min-width: 400px;
}
```
