Table Rate option missing

    Hello,
    I just installed the plugin and wanted to add a table rate shipping option to a specific zone.
    problem Im facing is I dont have table rate option available in drop down menu. its somehow missing. the other 3 options are there.
    I tried to google for a solution but all I found were posts about that same issue, never a solution that was working for me.

    seems like this problem is excisting for some time already.
    I’d be very thankful if I can find some help here to make table rate option available.

    No this is not a problem that we see very often at all so it would seem it works for most folks
