    Hi team,

    I’m experiencing a couple of issues after upgrading to the latest version and was hoping you could help.

    First, I’m unable to fully sync my data. The sync process consistently gets stuck at 23% and then shows an error message saying “Unexpected error occurred.

    Secondly, I have the “Use separate rows to show multiple products of an order” option switched on. However, for orders that only contain one product, the system is still displaying two rows instead of one.

    Could you please advise what might be causing these issues and how they can be resolved?

    Thanks for reaching out! The sync error and the extra row issue can happen if the AppScript code isn’t updated. Could you please check if you’ve updated it after the latest plugin version?

    If it’s already updated and the problem persists, please share a short screen-recorded video showing the process so we can understand better and help you fix it.

    Hi there,

    Just following up on the issue below.

    At the moment, we’re unable to use the plugin, which has forced us into a manual workaround and added a significant amount of extra work on our end. This was previously working without any issues until the recent update.

    We followed the upgrade instructions, including updating the Apps Script, and I’ve even restarted the process from step one, but the problem persists with the same result.

    I’d really appreciate it if your team could look into this and advise on a solution as soon as possible, as this is impacting our day-to-day operations.

    Hi,

    We’ve reviewed the AppScript code and it’s working as expected. The sync issue is most likely related to a site timeout rather than any specific feature. A quick check with your hosting provider regarding timeout limits should help, and the sync is expected to complete successfully afterward.

    Also, “Use separate rows to show multiple products of an order” is a premium feature. As per forum guidelines, support for commercial products isn’t permitted here. For assistance with the premium version, please contact us through our official support channel.
