Hello,
Please kindly note that we continuously update the plugin to address any issues or limitations that may arise.
Regarding the announcement feature: you previously submitted a support ticket about this, and our support team thoroughly tested it on your website. The announcement was working correctly, and we shared detailed confirmation along with screenshots. Based on these checks, the announcement functionality itself is operating as expected.
The issue related to line breaks is a separate matter. This has already been reported to our QA and development teams and is planned to be improved in a future update.
For this reason, the review stating that the announcement feature does not work is not fully accurate, as it was confirmed to be functioning correctly on your site. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the plugin.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions or need further assistance. We’re always happy to help.
Best regards

no, it´s not stable. All of your replies were “solved” as working correctly, but at least 20% of the plugins, add-ons, are not working till today. The latest (and most unbelievable) development is that you no longer have access to the SEO plugin via the “Edit” option, meaning you can no longer enter SEO information or add additional fields, which would be essential for schema.org structured data.
Our LMS plugin is not a SEO plugin in general and we never had SEO settings in the LMS plugin settings in general. The LMS plugin doesn’t include SEO add-on

I know, But from one day to the next, you’re no longer allowing users to edit SEO data via the Yoast plugin, for example, because you’re now restricting “access” to the course editor to your system only. That’s unacceptable. How are users supposed to implement SEO now? It’s essential for every WordPress site.
Oh, I got you now. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our devs are already working on the upcoming update. After the update, there won’t be such a restriction, and you will be able to edit with the default WP-Editor courses without any issues (the default Edit will redirect to the WordPress default editor, not the Course Builder).
Best regards
You’re very welcome, and thank you as well for your patience while we worked on this issue. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please update the plugin to the latest version and let me know whether editing with the default WordPress editor is now working correctly.
Also, if you feel that the issue has been resolved and you are satisfied with the support provided, we would greatly appreciate it if you would consider updating your 1-star review to 5 stars. Your support means a lot to our entire team and truly helps motivate us to continue improving the plugin together with wonderful users like you.
Thank you very much in advance.
Cheers

Thanks! I will test it after the update. There is one bug more for us – we´ve sent a ticket already and are waiting for the fix. And then there is also one more open issue, that we should adress once again – if it could be fixed (premium add-on), then we are willing to change the stars.
Yes, this task is already included in our development team’s roadmap at the moment.
Thank you for the reminder. We truly appreciate your patience, support, and understanding.
Best regards
