• It is very functional plugin ever. I’ve toured every helpdesk plugin, but most of them are too buggy. but there are something to improve.
    1. When if create a new ticket, it would be better using to search username or email than the first or last name.
    2. When searching the name in creating a new ticket, the non-alphabet character didn’t work. so I suggest the above thing.
    3. For mobile responsive (in the admin area) is not good because of too many boxes, dropboxes and options. I think it could be better.
    4. Default actions are needed.
    Anyway, it is still very excellent plugin without considering it’s free. I guess it would be much better with improving the layout design.
