Suddenly pages are blank

    Hello,
    The pages that are built using the Default layout suddenly got blank. Others that have the Full Width or canvas layouts are fine. I have now changed all the pages to Full Width layout but the client is asking the reason why this happened.

    I know this is a Pro question and it is not supposed to be asked here, but the client doesn’t have his order information and I can not ask hom for a new license at this point.

    The system status is ass follows:
    WooCommerce version: 8.7.0
    WordPress version: 6.5.4
    PHP version: 8.0.28
    Elementor Pro: 3.20.3

    It’s strange though, that a test clone of tthis site was not affected.

    I’m not looking how to fix the problem, I’m trying to find the possible cause of it.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    On the system status I don’t see any mention of the theme you are using.

    The page layout default, is always related to the theme installed on the site.

    If you use the hello elementor theme, there must be a conflict with a third-party plugin or setting on the site.

    If you are using a different theme, change it temporarily to see the difference.
