My custom checkbox on the order form also stopped working, and it only shows the default checkbox for saving card info for future orders.

I assume 4.7.5 is WordPress. What is the version of WooCommerce?

    Hello,

We tested with a fresh install of those versions and everything is working. Have you tried enabling debugging to see if there are any PHP errors? We are aware that our plugin throws some deprecation warnings that started with WooCommerce 3.0, but those do not break any functionality and we are looking into a way to fix those without breaking backward compatibility. Let us know if you see any other errors related to our plugin in debugging mode. Thanks.

ok. So now I get the re-activeate and cancel links showing up under most of the orders that are on hold, but not all of them. And the active subs, don’t have links under them to put them on hold or cancel them. Is that normal?

No, that doesn’t sound normal. But I don’t think it is related to our plugin. Have you checked with the author of the Subscriptions plugin to see if they are aware of any issues like this?
