    Hi,

    I’ve been trying to get in touch with your team for the past week, but I haven’t received any response. The only option I found was the contact form on your website, which states that customer support will reply within 7 hours, but no one has reached out to me.

    Could you please confirm the best contact email or phone number for your support team?

    I was charged for a subscription that I had already canceled. My business (motosushi.co.uk) has been closed for months, and I no longer have access to the email address connected to the account. This situation is very frustrating especially since I didn’t even receive any product or service after being charged.

    Please look into this urgently and let me know how we can resolve it.
