    I am having trouble with Subscription requests on a website.

    We keeping getting this error “subscribe=error#blog_subscription-5”

    and we noticed on the widget it says there a parse error -32700

    we are not technical buffs so please can we have some basic instructions on repairing it.

    we uninstalled and reinstalled jetpack several times

    it was working until recently
