“Submit Failed” when multiple upload elements

Hi there,

I tried to solve the problem myself (and looked in old topics) but I did not succeed.
I’ve set my first Multi Step Form with 4 sections. There is an upload form in Section 2 and another in section 3, with different labels.

When I do upload something in section 2 AND in section 3 (files with different names, and different file types), the Console prompts me the error “Object { success: false, data: “Could not send the mail with the data to anybody.” }”
(the button says SUBMIT FAILED).

EDIT:
1) Using just the first upload element gives no error.
2) Using just the second upload element results in the “Submit Failed” error.
Am I doing something wrong?
