    When I create a new user account for employees. The submit button doesn’t work.

    When I’m admin, the button let’s me submit.

    I created another admin account and the button doesn’t work.

    When I try on different browsers, it’s the same.

    How can this be fixed?

    Hi Harry,

    Thanks for asking this question. Can you confirm if the pay period end date is in the future? If so, you might be experiencing this because users cannot submit time until approx one week within the time period ending. This is to prevent users from accidentally submitting time too early. If you are an administrator you can bypass this requirement by viewing the timecard from the Dynamic Time admin page.

    If this is not the issue you refer to, just reply to this thread and we’ll take a closer look.

    Hello

    Thanks for responding.

    I did see that you can’t submit until 1 week within the time period ending.

    However when I made another admin account in WordPress, it gave me the submit button early on my Macbook Safari browser. But when I tried it on a windows 7 with firefox it didn’t give me the option to submit early.

    Or is there a way to disable the accidental submission for all users not just administrators?
