Currently, WC Marketplace doesn’t split the order into suborder. What we do is, display each vendor their own part of the orders.
However, we have a plan to implement the split order flow into WC Marketplace very soon.

I will be waiting for the update, as this feature is important. It makes our work as admin much easier when this feature is implemented.
Any ETA for this feature ? It Will be also much more easy to manage payement split.
@matthieuh, @zopdev, we will soon start working on this module.
I am afraid sharing an ETA will be difficult at this moment.
