Hi,
Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help with your queries.
Can you provide the steps to reproduce your issue, so I can figure out the root of the problem with my test site?

KharisHi,
I enter to the customize section. I’m on the main page, trying to change the font and background colors of the widgets, but the style button doesn’t work or expand. Attachment screenshot. It is as blocked.http://multiplicar.com.ar/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/styling.png

Hi,
Thank you for getting back along with additional information and screenshots.
If I may ask, I need one more information. Can you tell me the steps to get the setting panel as seen on left hand site of your screenshots?

KharisHi again,
I enter to the hosting, then I enter in wordpress, I view the site and touch the customize button, in the sidebar I go to widgets and then, I enter to the page that I want to modify, I click on the widget but the style button does’nt work.
Thank you,
Hi! any solution?
I’m having the same issue when trying update the styling of widget on a page. I can’t click on the styling section when I try to edit a widget from Customize>Widgets>Home I click on any widget and can’t expand the styling section. I’ve also tried installing the classic editor to see if that helps but have the same issue. I’d love to get a fix or work around to be able to use this feature and edit the styling. If not I’ll have to abandon using this theme and move to something else.
Here is a screen shot

You’ll still get the widget’s styles working when editing it via Customizer panel (Appearance menu > Customize > Widget).

Let me know whether it works for you or not.
Regards,
Kharis@kharisblank that is exactly how I was attempting to adjust the widgets and while I can see the row where I would normally click to expand the styling section it does not work. I’ve since been looking for a solution and it appears it might be the newer block editor causing the issue.
I installed the Classic Widgets plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/) and after doing so the button became accessible again and I can now adjust the styling for my widgets.
@kharisblank do you have plans on fixing this issue so it doesn’t require the Classic Widget plugin?
Hi @wcorkill,
Thank you for your question. I’ll be passing this to our development team. As of now, perhaps we could not implement the same feature on newer widgets administration (block-based) shortly for other priorities on other themes/projects.
Regards,
Kharis
