Stuck in a loop

    I have Paid Membership Pro running on my website boxchow.com. Members are unable to view the member-only content. Once they login, they get kicked into a loop – saying they need to login (even though they already have).

    Hi there,

    It can sometimes be a bit tricky to debug an issue like this without being able to login and have a closer look.

    We recently had a user who had a similar issue and it turned out to be an SSL issue. We do have a blog post on how to go about troubleshooting SSL issues if you are using one:
