I’m trying to get Paid Memberships Pro set up on our website. I have gotten stuck with the Webhook.

I have set the end point up in Stripe listening to all the correct events as per your instructions, but Stripe says there is a 403 Error and no webhooks have been received by the site.

I can go to the webhook page fine (I’ve included it in the link) and I can’t see why it wouldn’t be accessible in any way. It just says “Logged On: [datetime] No event ID given. ————-” – certainly no 403 error. So I’m really confused.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @clairemonkey

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

A 403 error means that it’s a forbidden URL, do you have any plugin that may restrict or add additional security to your admin-ajax.php page or functionality?

If not, I recommend reaching out to your hosting support to ensure there are no permission issues on your WordPress directory, subfolders etc.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hi @andrewza

Sorry, I had forgotten all about posting in here! I did find the culprit. I had a country IP address limiter on the admin area, which I just needed to open up to include Stripe’s processing country. The plugin has been working a treat since then.

    Thanks!
