Strange WordPress behavior

I just moved this website to my VPS server. All has been fine without any updates needed. When I try to load the website today, it loads all scrambled. But when I login and click the upper left link to open the site in a new tab, it loads normally (while I’m logged in).

But as soon as I logout – and reload the home page, everything scrambles again. What the?… I’ve tried two different browsers and have cleared the cache in both. And the website is not on a CDN. I’ve also ftp’d three different versions of an htaccess file and nothing works.

Any suggestions whats causing this strange behavior?
