store category menu is shown empty

    hi there.
    I have a problem,
    in my vendor’s store list, Store Category(store category menu widget) is empty for some of them, even though their products have the category.
    how can I fix it? can you help me?

    Dear @shimaab,

    Fast of all Sorry for being so late.

    Actually, the category will show only the category that the product is in. Suppose you have to parent category A, B, C. and subcategory d,e,f. Now you have a product under A,d, B, C. The store will show only A, B, C. Only parent categories are shown.
