Hi,
Are you referring to adverts in wp-admin?, you can dismiss these.

It is against the developer guidelines to inject ads into the Dashboard to begin with.

Another factor is that your ads contain tracking urls, which is completely forbidden.
The notices- it says ” Upgrade prompts, notices, alerts, and the like must be limited in scope and used sparingly” and “Site wide notices or embedded dashboard widgets must be dismissible or self-dismiss when resolve”
You can click to dismiss all of the advents. Although I do appreciate that they might be annoying. I will pass this onto our development team.
Illegally tracking user’s – we absolutely do not do this.

Again, the dismiss does NOT work reliably. The prompt returns frequently and it does so on admin pages where it does NOT belong. That is not in line with the guidelines.
Oh you don’t, then why does this link sit in the “Sign up” link?

That is exactly what is meant by tracking users without their consent.
