Stock sync issues

Hi,
we’re lately observing stock synchronization issues from Woo to Zettle, while sync updates work in the other direction. Also, since it seems that no absolute stock levels are being synched but only deltas, it seems to be difficult/impossible to get stock in sync again on both sides.
Our stock currently is (at least partly, since I don’t know yet if all or only some products are affected) a small mess.
The issue is reproducible and I would like to share a video demonstrating the issue and also log files with you, but not here. Is it ok to file a support request directly with you?
