    Hi there,

we noticed the stock quantities in back-end and front-end do not get updated because they somehow get cached by WP-Optimize, while in database they do update. I’m still figuring out what part is caching them. Turning off HTML minify did not help. Page caching is already turned off. So next thing to test is turning off Javascript minify but not sure if that is it. Is this something known and how to fix this?

    Best regards,
    Seb

    Hi Seb,

What version of the plugin are you using?
The only function in WPO that would display this kind of behaviour is caching.
If you deactivate 2FA, does this make any difference at all?

    Hi @vupdraft,

thanks for your answer. I’m using the latest version, 3.2.9 on WordPress 6.0.3 and WooCommerce 7.0.0. Everytime I disable one of the 3 minify functions, the stock refreshes correctly (which is of course cache). But I have to note, page caching is disabled. Also, after resetting minified files the correct stock quantity displays. As far as I know, 2FA is not being used.

    Best regards,
    Seb

Firstly can you purge your cache.
Then go WPO settings>> Advanced settings >> here, can you exclude your shop pages in the section titled “URL’s to exclude from caching”
