    Hi @agima,

This looks like an issue with the caching we’ve implemented for Burst. A solution to to this problem is to clear the burst cache by adding a url paramater ‘burst_clear_cache’. To add the parameter on the burst page, add &burst_clear_cache to the URL and hit enter. Let me know if that fixes the problem.

But this just solves the issue after it has arised. To solve this issue for good, we need to dig deeper. Could you help us by providing some information about your server?x Do you know what your PHP max_execution_time is? And the memory_limit?

    Kind regards,
    Hessel

Hi @hesseldejong and thanks a lot for your quick reply.

It works now with your solution.

How to get the information PHP max_execution_time and the memory_limit you ask?

    In my CPanel, I found:

    • max_execution_time = 120
    • memory_limit = 768M

    Have a great day.
    Laurent
