    The new Start Migration button does not seem to do anything. How can I tell it is working? How do I know when it is done?

    I have selected Start Migration but, I don’t see anything happen and when I return to the Settings a few days later the message is still present about needing to migrate and the button is still there. Thanks for your help.

    Hello @nwjeff ,

    I am sorry to hear that you have issues with the migration.

    Clicking on the ‘Start Migration’ button should trigger migration immediately, there should be progress bar visible which updates as migration progresses.

    Could you please make sure to clear all browser caches and then check the browser console for any JavaScript errors that appear when the migration is triggered?

    Cleared browser cache and this time it worked, just as you described. No errors in console either. Sorry for the noise. Thank you.
