Stackable Reusable Block Copy & Draft Errors

Using WP 5.x, with Twenty Seventeen theme with Stackable plugin. Trying to clone their reusable blocks. I got an error message creating a “New Draft” copy, so I tried to clone. No error message. Looking at the list of reusable block, I see two lines corresponding to the actions I just took. However, they are not editable.
There is no checkbox to the left of the block title. The block title text is in black, not the usual blue. Mouse-over the block title offers these options: Export as JSON | Clone | New Draft (no Edit | Trash options). The date column is correct.
Not sure what other information you might need.
