Hi @sebuser ,
WP Migrate Support Team here. Thanks for reaching out with your query, we would be happy to assist!
We would like to check if you have any server limitations that could be affecting the migration (e.g. max upload size, max post size, etc.). Would you be able to send us the debugging information from the Help tab on the site that you are having issues in?
- Go to the Help tab of your local install
- Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info & Error Log”
- Click the “Download” button and save to your computer
- Reply to this thread with the contents of the diagnostic file. You may remove any sensitive information.
Also, is debugging activated on your site? Do you see any errors in your debug.log file that could be related to the issue?
Sure, here are the relevant bits from the diagnostic file:

Hi @sebuser,
Thanks for providing further information!
Could you please try and temporarily deactivate all other plugins except WP Migrate and switch to a default theme then retry the migration to check for any compatibility issues?
If you also have any firewalls / security setting in place, please also try and temporarily deactivate those.
Please also confirm if there were any errors found on the diagnostic information of the plugin.
Looking forward to hearing back.
