Speaker button missing

    Hi,
    I have set everything up and don’t get any errors; API is enabled. I can’t get the button to show; I have tried with short code, and the other solutions are given.
    I use the Divi theme; I don’t know if it has something to do with it.

    Hi Ben!

    Make sure you have generated audio for pages there you want to see the player.

    Hi,

    I think you might gave answered my new question where I asked another question. 😀

    The plugin does not work on Firefox, it used to work before the update. Audio is allowed from Firefox. And it works on Chrome.

    Everything is green and I get no errors.

    If you do not see the audio file in the code of your page in one of the browsers, then you are probably viewing a cached version of the page. Make sure to clear the cache and refresh the page in FireFox.

    you keep answering an old question that has been fixed for some time. There is no audio in ff. I have cleared all cache. The plugin does not work in ff since the latest updates. Please answer in the correct place. Thanks.
