Spam messages still getting through

We’ve been getting an aggressive amount of spam through our web forms, in spite of having numerous levels of protection in place. We tried adding CleanTalk to the site but yet I’m seeing an aggressive number of form entries which visually seem like spam to me, yet CleanTalk is still allowing them?
