the only way I have found to do it is to add the tickets in reverse order, the first one is the lowest on the list, the last ticket entered is the top of the list.
I wish there was an easy way to drag and drop to sort them in any order!
@gwebb78 is right, there currently isn’t a really good way to do this. However, there is a workaround if you don’t want to recreate tickets you’ve already published. Since tickets are really posts, you can edit the publish date of a ticket to change its place in the order. They are sorted from newest to oldest, so if you want a particular ticket to appear at the top of the list, change the publish date to the current date, down to the minute if necessary.
