It’s not a known issue. The sorting should work on all columns. If possible, please check your database for registration date entries and try deactivating other plugins.

thanks for answering. What should I check for in the database? Has it to do with a certain date format I’m using?
I could try to deactivate other plugins, but if its caused by a plugin i’m using, i can’t leave it deactivated.
@thymus82 sometimes, some plugins may change the registration date format or add a new column as registration date which can cause these issues.
You should try deactivating the other plugins to confirm it’s a conflict and then change their settings related to date fields (if they have)
Also, please share some screenshots showing registration date column sorted, so we can understand more.

We figured out the issue where some conflicts might have been in place with some plugins. We modified our plugin to work in a separate unique way so that the registration date sorting works now.
Please update your plugin to the latest version from WordPress backend of your website.
