This can only be done with coding knowledge. You’ll have to create a separate template for that category and modify the loop. Here’s some information on how to get started — https://codex.wordpress.org/Alphabetizing_Posts. I also found a plugin — https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/ — that claims to achieve this.
