Sort Asc / Desc

It’s not included in BTF. That would make it a sorting plugin as well 😉
But you can easily achieve this yourself if you’re capable of writing a bit of code.

If you want to add sorting fields inside use one of the provided actions to put your own form fields inside BTF:

And then I’d use a pre_get_posts filter to catch these values and change the query accordingly:

I think (emphasis on think) it also possible to just supply the parameters without adding a pre_get_posts filter if you use WP defaults.
So basically:
mysite.com/cpt/?orderby=date&order=desc

etc.
