    Hi.

    So, I have been getting the message that I need to upgrade to GA4. Fine. But, it couldn’t be done. I choose my profile and then it asks for additional acccess and then I get the error “Sorry, something went wrong there. Try again.”. I have disconnected the profile from the website, tried again, but the same error.

    Any reason on why is this happening?

    Hello @lampir thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you are facing this issue. I’d be happy to look into this for you if you could share the information below:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. If you perform a Site Kit reset and try setup once more do you still see the same?
    3. Do you see any console errors when encountering this message?

    1. I have submitted the info per form.
    2. Yes, the same error.
    3. No, no console errors.

    @lampir Thank you for sharing the information. I can see you have several active plugins on your site. You can first check for any potential plugin conflicts by following the steps here. These steps will highlight any conflicts if there are any.

    I would also recommend checking for any browser extension conflicts. you can temporarily disable browser extensions and test your Site Kit setup. Browser extensions can be accessed in Chrome by going to chrome://extensions/.

    Hi. I apologise. I still have this problem.

    I have tried the “Troubleshooting Mode” and I still have the problem. I have switched to the 22 theme from WordPress, but the problem still remains.

    @lampir When attempting set up from a Chrome browser incognito window can you share the URL you land back on where you see this error, along with any browser console errors from the same page? Alternatively you can share a screen recording of your experience using a service such as Loom or RecordIt. You can share this privately using the form suggest above when sharing your Site Health information.
