    Change line 59 in html-javascript-adder.php from:

    parent::WP_Widget('html_javascript_adder', __('HTML Javascript Adder', 'hja'), $widget_ops, $control_ops);

    to:
    parent::__construct('html_javascript_adder', __('HTML Javascript Adder', 'hja'), $widget_ops, $control_ops);
